Return and Refund Policy
Customers are responsible for obtaining the necessary government permits and/or documents required for import approval, as well as verifying and paying all import costs, including customs duties, fees, and taxes. We can take refunds up to 60 days from the order date.
Due to customs regulations and shipping costs, unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements for products or orders shipped outside of the United States. If you receive damaged products, you may choose to "discard" or "retain" them. Please contact our customer support team at support@herbspro.co.kr.
As regulations are subject to continuous changes, we strongly recommend consulting with local authorities to verify information that may impact the receipt of your order. If a package is returned to us due to an address error on the customer's part, if the customer refuses the package, or if goods not allowed by the country's customs are ordered, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs will be billed to HerbsPro.co.kr. If ordered items are not allowed in the country and are stopped and discarded by customs, a refund will not be issued to the customer.
