We send all orders via USPS International Shipping. According to customs procedures, they should arrive at the destination country within approximately 10-14 business days from the shipment date.

The final postal delivery is handled by the national postal service of the destination country.

International Shipping and Customs Clearance Policy

It is the customer's responsibility to obtain the necessary government permits and/or documents required for import approval and to verify and pay all import costs, including customs duties, fees, and taxes.

Backordered Products

Unfortunately, for various reasons beyond our control, products may be delayed. If a portion of your order is delayed due to long-term stock shortages, we will split the order, shipping the products in stock promptly and processing the remaining products as backorders. Depending on product availability, backordered products will be shipped without additional shipping charges once they become available or, if you prefer, we can cancel the order for those items, allowing you to reorder them later. Customers will receive notification via email for any actions taken.
